PAX Legal, now operating as PAX Legal Inc., has announced a major milestone in the firm’s growth. Formerly an LLC, the firm’s incorporation marks a new phase of expansion and continued commitment to serving clients across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

As part of this evolution, PAX Legal Inc. is pleased to welcome attorney Keith Mecca as of counsel. A seasoned real estate attorney and licensed Pennsylvania real estate agent, Mecca brings an unmatched depth of experience to the firm. His career includes leadership as a portfolio manager and extensive transactional work in the residential, commercial, and retail real estate markets across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Mecca is widely recognized for his strategic, solutions-driven approach and brings a 360-degree perspective to each client matter. His multifaceted background spans legal counsel, real estate brokerage, capital acquisition for asset purchases, and in-depth knowledge of market dynamics. His presence enhances PAX Legal’s mission to deliver clear, committed, and customized service to property owners, buyers, and associations throughout the region.
